Please do remove the original car mats from your vehicle first before installing the 3D MAXpider Car Mats. Do not use both mats together at the same time.
1 year warranty on manufacturing defects.
Please do reach out to us as soon as possible if there are any issues with the 3D MAXpider Car Mats that you have purchased.
Return/Exchange Requirements
- Return/Exchange window is within 7 days after you receive the car mat.
- We will reject returns/exchanges if the mats are used or damaged.
- Shipping charges to be borne by the returnee.

We send packages out on a daily basis from Monday till Friday (excluding National Holidays in Malaysia and Regional Holidays for the state of Selangor). Courier pickup time varies from day to day. Tracking ID will be provided so that you can track the package online. Do keep in mind that we have no control over the courier company's delivery schedule.
⚠ Note: 3D Premium MAXpider Car Mats will require 30 - 45 days of waiting time as they are all made upon confirmation of a purchase. No cancelations are allowed for the 3D Premium MAXpider Car Mat.
The 3D Premium MAXpider Car Mats are all made on demand with a selection of 10 colours (Red, Sunrise Orange, Brown, Chocolate, Caramel, Beige, Gray, Dark Gray, Black and Burgundy Red).
Once payment is made for the 3D Premium MAXpider Car Mats, our sales technician will contact you back to confirm that you have ordered the correct mat for your vehicle make and model.
Once your vehicle make and model has been confirmed by our sales technician, we will start production and we will not accept any cancellations after that. If there are issues regarding the fitment of the 3D Premium MAXpider Mats on your vehicle during the conversation with our sales technican, we will cancel the order and a full refund will be made within 48 hours.

East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan): RM55/item (via freight company – no online parcel tracking)
