Yes, you can absolutely operate you vehicle's windows as normal when the Groovy Sunshades are in use.
Yes, Groovy Sunshades will make your vehicle more comfortable by further reducing heat and blocking out glare from sunlight. The sunshades are also certified to block out 70% of ultraviolet radiation as tested by SGS. If your vehicle is parked under the sun, Groovy Sunshades will lower the temperature inside the vehicle as well as allow your air conditioning to work more efficiently to cool the cabin quicker.
While each Groovy Sunshade is meticulously checked to ensure that it is free of defect, we will provide warranty in the case that your Groovy Sunshade arrives with manufacturer defect. There is no warranty for wear and tear or mishandling of the sunshades.

Our operating hours are from 9:00AM till 4:30PM (Malaysia Time Zone, GMT+8) from Monday till Friday (excluding National Holidays in Malaysia and Regional Holidays for the state of Selangor, Malaysia).

The following are the items that we will be offering free shipping within Malaysia for Groovy Members:-
- Groovy Sunshades (West/Semenanjung and East Malaysia). There will be shipping charges for some rear windscreen shade (R) for East Malaysia.
- Stayhold Boot Management System (West/Semenanjung and East Malaysia)
- 3D MAXpider Car Mats (West Malaysia only)
There will be shipping charges for 3D MAXpider Car Mats to East Malaysia; Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. Shipping charges to East Malaysia will be RM55/item.
Returned package are subjected to a 18% restocking fee of the item being returned. Delivery/freight charges and re-entry tax/duty (for international packages) will be borne by the customer returning the package. Please do ensure that package is packed properly as there will be no refunds if the item received is damaged. Returned items must include all items received earlier on and there will be no refunds if any of the items are missing (manuals, clips and bag). The refund does not include shipping charges paid earlier on. Before returning the package, do contact our customer support via WhatsApp (click on the WhatsApp icon at the bottom right of the website) to get a the Return Merchandise Authorization Number first. Return/Refund request for the package must be made within 3 days after the package is received. We will not be able to process any refunds/cancellations when the package is in the delivery process. For all international orders, any failures to accept the parcel/package will result in the parcel/package being discarded at the receiving country and there will be no refunds.
Unfortunately the sunshades are prepacked and we are not able to sell them separately. The sunshades that are available at our online store are the only shade configurations that we sell.
We send packages out on a daily basis from Monday till Friday (excluding National Holidays in Malaysia and Regional Holidays for the state of Selangor). Courier pickup time varies from day to day. Tracking ID will be provided so that you can track the package online. Do keep in mind that we have no control over the courier company's delivery schedule.
