RETURN POLICY

Return based on “change on mind” is not accepted by any means.

We will accept returns from customers for purchases sent back and received by us within 7 days of receipt of the shipment ONLY on these following conditions:

  • Incorrect or defective item(s) delivered; and
  • The item(s) returned to us in its original condition.

For sales made within Malaysia, we will extend a full refund for the price of any item that fulfills the above requirements. We regret that shipping cost for your purchase will only be refunded if the return had been due to an oversight on our part. 

For sales made outside of Malaysia, we will extend a full refund for the price of any item that fulfills the above requirements. We regret that shipping cost for your purchase will only be refunded if the return had been due to an oversight on our part. Returned items and return shipping costs are your responsibility until they reach the return address. Please keep a record of your return tracking. A refund will be issued once we receive returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges (shipping back to us).

Please do request for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form from our Customer Support Team at support@groovy.com.my. 

We cannot be responsible for the interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
